Meditation and it's Practise

 

 

Meditation is practised to get out of stress. While we are in a meditating stte our Brain cells are at rest. They get full oxygen while we are meditating. So, all our stress and anxity are released while mediating. Ultimately, it helps our body to run the normal mechanism when our body is free from stress and tension.

There are a lot of Meditation Techniques like Buddhist Meditation, TM etc. Here, I shall mainly stress on TM. Let me explain you step by step.

Sit in a comfortable position, with your arms relaxed in a desk or on your knees. The place should be quite and there should not be any disturbances or noise of any kind.

Close your eyes. Speak out loudly in your mind, the word, "INGMA". "INGMA" is a Veidic Mantra. I have no right to publish it publicly. But, I just want to help you guys. I am sure God shall forgive me for this sin. Now, repeat the mantra in your mind like, INGMA...INGMA....INGMA..........INGMA.................INGMA.....................INGMA. You can see that the repetation time has increased. After a 1 minute, do not repeat this mantra. Instead, just try to go blank. Don't let any thoughts to come in your mind. If any external though comes to your mind, then again repeat the mantra in your mind twice or thrice. Again, try to go blank. So, whenever any external thoughts tries to come to your mind, repeat the mantra twice or thrice.

After 10-15 minutes you will feel that there is no thought coming to your mind. Your mind is all relaxed. Your mind is totally blank. Carry on the process. You are doing good. After about 40 minutes, if you are doing it correctly then you shall see a white ray of light. This is the connection line of your soul and GOD. Keep on meditating. A time will come when you will see a bright light in front of your eyes. Beleive me, this is none other than the ALL MIGHTY Himself. The Supreme Power of this Universe.

Always practise Meditation for about 2 hours. For the first few days, you shall not get enough concentration. But within a few days, you shall be able to go to the extreme meditating state. Even if cannot go to the extreme meditating state, it's okay. many of us shall not attain that meditating state. But, we should never loose faith and hope. We should keep trying everyday. And one day shall come when you shall be able to talk directly with the ALL MIGHTY.

You might think, Meditation is like a fairy tale, but beleive me, Meditational Practioners can stay without food or water for many years. They can capture the energy directly from air. It happens in Indian Mountains where Priests move to The Himalayas and take 'Sanyaas'. This is the Power of Meditation..!!
