You must be wondering how music can act as a medicine. The answer is simple. Music is a means by which people can feel healing vibrations. Music that is played at 40-60 beats per minute decreases tension. Vibrational therapy sessions can be used to affect physiological changes such as lowering of blood pressure, heart rate, and muscle tension. Studies have shown that music used as medicine can increase the immune function and decrease ACTH(stress) hormones. Music and sound has also been shown to kill cancer cells.

You must be thinking about these questions. Why I am Saying to listen to music? What kind of music you should listen? Well, music releases all your stress, anxity, tensions and make you feel happy and fresh. Listen to any kind of music you want but be sure this music makes you happy. Just stay happy with the tune of music. You should listen to those kind of music that shall make you sing by yourself or even make you dance.

Well, that was the part of music to release tension. Now, we shall learn about the music to build the immune system, nervous system, and the brain. Listening to music like waterfalls, rivers, birds, etc. all together in a rythm shall vibrate your inner body and thus work to build your immune system.
